Although all of items arrive as planned, I can't be held responsible for items getting lost/delayed or damaged in the mail.
Return Policy
Since I regularly and carefully pack and ship each shipment at least once a week, all your packages will immediately begin their journey. All other movements are independent of me and I cannot be held responsible for the rest of the stages of mail forwarding. In the case of a delay or loss I will not be able to process each money refound, so I ask you to take this with understanding. I am not an Internet thief, and like you, I am extremely interested in ensuring that my music and everything related to the activities of Ultar project reach you properly. But I'm not omnipotent.

Also, if your order is returned to me, you will not be entitled to a refund of your original postage/packaging payment. However, if you would like me to re-send it to another address then you can re-pay postage/packaging and I'll send your order back out.
